The main objectives are to reduce costs, improve budget management and automate the overall process using a SaaS Cloud solution.
As an independent contract packager in North America, Sharp Corporation was looking for ways to bring visibility to their purchasing process and more efficiently control their costs. In response to this, b-pack has been able to increase the speed and reliability of Sharp Corporation’s procurement process. The key focus was to eliminate the need for paper routes and centralize operations for their five Pennsylvania-based facilities, both of which were answered within b-pack.
By enhancing their current ERP solution with b-pack software, Sharp Corporation is now able to track and controls in real time all of its budget consumption, both for CapEx and OpEx. Sharp Corporation is also expecting to reduce their operational cost thanks to the increased visibility, control and automation provided by b-pack.
