Julien Nadaud, Chief Executive Officer, President and Founder
Julien Nadaud is the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of b-pack, the international leader in business optimization and purchasing solutions. As the key innovator and visionary for b-pack, Julien is a global specialist in e-procurement and spending management implementation. As a result of Julien’s leadership and his expert team, b-pack is widely-recognized as THE innovator and standards creator for ERP-enhancing purchase-to-pay practices and technology. The company has a star-studded roster of satisfied clients and partners – some of the most recognized and respected brands in Europe.
Tapping his advanced software knowledge, product management experience and international business development skills, Julien has overseen the implementation of more than 80 technology deployments across Europe.
Julien recently launched and is directing North American operations for b-pack headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia to support current and new customers with global services. From the U.S., he oversees operations, a New York office, customer service and support, and new technology innovation and development.
A thought leader and frequent industry speaker, Julien is an active participant in several industry associations, including American SAP Users Group, Technology Association of Georgia, French American Conference of Entrepreneurs and the Young Entrepreneurs Initiative.
Prior to founding b-pack, Julien was product manager at Schneider Electric for seven years, where he was responsible for the design of nuclear safety software that is pervasively used in almost every nuclear power generating station in the world. He has a degree in computer science engineering from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Toulouse.
Xavier Pierre-Bez , Chief Business Development Officer and Co-Founder, b-pack
Xavier Pierre-Bez, one of b-pack’s co-founders, oversees the company’s sales, marketing and communications for Europe. His primary focus is developing and nurturing relationships with customers and systems integration partners. A key player on the executive team, Xavier defined and leads b-pack’s business development, marketing and partnership strategies.
Prior to b-pack, Xavier worked for several years with an international systems integrator in partnership with Siemens AG’s Technology and Telecommunications group. There, he was responsible for sales and project management, with a strong focus on Y2K migration challenges.
Xavier is a frequent speaker to customer, partner and prospect audiences on purchasing, finance and process topics. He is one of the rare breed of right-brain/left-brain individuals, having completed studies in electronics and technology, followed by an advanced degree in business and marketing at l’Institut Française de Gestion. His passion of piloting gliders gives him immense perspective, helping him to see the 20,000 foot view… literally.
Gregory Peruchon, Chief Operating Officer, b-pack Europe
Grégory Péruchon de Brochard’s well-rounded experience in international operations, project management, engineering, finance and sales over the past 15 years makes him an asset to b-pack. As chief operating officer and deputy general manager, Gregory runs the operations in Europe.
He has a deep understanding of customer’s needs, having been on the software implementation side of the business and directed sales for a leading packaging company, in addition to a previous role as project manager at one of the world’s most customer-focused companies, Procter & Gamble. In particular, as manager of operations and finance for Rain Bird, he led the migration of a former employer’s ERP to PeopleSoft, managed the installation of a new warehouse management system, directed accounting departments of 5 European subsidiaries and oversaw a team of 45 employees across multiple business-critical job functions, including procurement, logistics and warehousing, information systems, human resources, and accounting. Over the course of his career, Grégory has been responsible for identification and implementation of company-wide productivity improvement methods, providing him with first-hand experience tackling deployment issues b-pack’s customers face daily.
Gregory regularly taps his expertise in IT solutions integration and change management from his consulting experience, as well as insights from his years of business management. Fluent in English, Spanish and French, Gregory has broad international business experience, having managed dispersed international operations, worked in the United States, and studied in Spain. A top engineer and effective business leader, he earned a degree from one of the most prestigious engineering schools in Europe, l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, where he studied civil and industrial engineering, as well as advanced business administration classes in management, finance, and accounting.
Edith Prieur, Chief Financial Officer
With more than 26 years of management experience, Edith Prieur brings to bear her deep expertise and training in business, finance and law to her roles as chief financial officer and director of finance and operations, as well as human resources. In her nine years with b-pack, she has established and directed the company’s core operations, spanning accounting, human resources, payroll, administrative and legal functions. She is responsible for day-to-day management at the company’s headquarters in France (using b-pack, of course!), with an eye on business optimization.
Prior to b-pack, Edith was director of accounting for 11 years with G.S.E., a worldwide leader in construction engineering, where she defined accounting procedures, managed the P+L process, oversaw company budgets, and facilitated the integration of subsidiaries into company accounting processes. Previously, she held management roles in accounting, operations and human resources with several recognized international companies.
Edith keeps her finger on the pulse of pertinent legal issues by participating in legal debates, internships and professional development opportunities relevant to her roles. Committed to improving performance and adding value, she earned six advanced degrees in law, business administration, and accounting and finance.
Pierre-Marie Rallu, Director of Business Development and Operations, b-pack North America
Pierre-Marie Rallu brings to b-pack an extensive background in software and technical services, as well as business optimization knowledge through experience in supply chain, ERP, retail and warehouse sectors. Pierre-Marie is director of business development and operations for North America.
Pierre-Marie helped to launch the North American pre-sales organization for his previous employer, Aldata. His know-how and hands-on approach led the establishment of a robust pre-sales operational structure and a standard, effective process for prospect identification, lead generation, follow-through and conversion. Technical and business assessment, creation of a demonstration facility, quality audit procedures and North American market adaptation were all incorporated into his organization, resulting in more than $12M in sales to some of America’s largest and most recognized retail store companies and their leaders.
Fluent in English and French, with proficiency in Spanish, Pierre-Marie has experience working with multi-national companies, and has worked both in America and Europe over the course of his career.
A technical guru, Pierre-Marie earned a Master’s degree in supply chain management and an undergraduate engineering degree. He has also participated in multiple training courses with Dale Carnegie Training and the American Marketing Association.

Bruno Charrat, Advisory Director, Inside Contactless
One of the original b-pack co-founders and a valued strategic advisor, Bruno Charrat is co-founder, chief scientist and vice president of the NFC product line for INSIDE Contactless, a world leader in contactless semiconductor chips. Since the company’s founding in 1995, he has held several positions, including chief technology officer. A visionary and group leader, Bruno oversees a dispersed team responsible for product marketing and management, mobile phone integration, IP management, and standardization. Prior to his role with INSIDE Contactless, Bruno was a system engineer in contactless smart card development for Gemalto (formerly Gemplus). Recognized as a technology authority and industry leader, Bruno is sought after for speaking opportunities, industry association involvement, board engagements and standards leadership. He was an active participant in the ISO committee for the definition of the ISO 14443 standard, which enables credit/debit card readers used pervasively in the US and other countries. He is currently working with the NFC Forum and ETSI standardization group to develop standards for NFC technology used for mobile phone payment transactions.
Frédéric Molinières, Advisory Director, Experian
Frédéric Molinières is one of the founders and advisors for b-pack. As technical advisor, he provides valuable counsel to the team in the definition and development of the company’s software solutions, particularly in regard to electronic payment.
For the past three years, he has been focused on the development and marketing of a new e-commerce payment solution, for which he led the development team and is currently serving as product manager.
Frédéric brings vast software development expertise to the team from his previous experience. While at GEMPLUS, he participated in the creation of an order administration application that maximized transparency of completed orders and deliveries. Prior, he was part of the development team at Experian that created the information systems to manage the labor tribunal elections, representing more than 19M voters over 36,000 municipalities and Web applications accessed by approximately 100 simultaneous users.
With his in-depth knowledge of smart cards, e-commerce and remote selling/transactions, Frédéric is often tapped to present at industry conferences and trade shows. He earned a degree in technology engineering and a master’s (DEA) in technology watch and enterprise strategy.
Trish Nicolas, North American Marketing Communications Advisor
Trish Nicolas has more than two decades of team, agency and client leadership experience, including extensive international, start-up, corporate communications and Fortune 150 experience. Trish provides strategic and creative marketing communications consulting services to a range of companies, and acts as a mentor and advisor to entrepreneurs and CEOs. Trish has led the launch and communications for more than 200 companies, technologies, alliances and products.
She most recently served as a senior leader and Director of Marketing at Jackson Spalding, a leading international marketing communications agency. Formerly, Trish was Executive Vice President and Group Director of both the New York Technology and Corporate Practices for Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, where she held many senior client and agency management roles for more than nine years. Prior to Ogilvy PR, Trish served several Atlanta-based technology companies in international and national marketing roles for more than five years.
She is an accomplished speaker and has served several executive advisory boards, including BLiNQ Media, Georgia State University’s International School of Business’ Center for Global Business Leadership, Earth Share of Georgia and AKA Photo Project.
